Onboarding Questionnaire and Scoping Call

After joining, you’ll receive an Everfit onboarding link and complete a detailed questionnaire covering your goals, training history, injuries, schedule, equipment and current challenges.

We then meet for an initial video or phone scoping call to clarify your priorities and determine the right starting point.

Personalised Programming

Your strength and conditioning program is built around your real life.

We consider your available training days, work commitments, travel, recovery and existing experience so your plan remains both achievable and effective.

Technical Feedback

Upload videos of key exercises through TSC App and receive personalised feedback on technique, execution and progression.

Weekly Coaching Reviews

Hybrid Strength Coaching

The hybrid model combines online programming with in-person coaching sessions.

It is ideal for the busy professional or frequent traveller who wants the flexibility of remote coaching while retaining access to direct support for technique, testing and important training phases.

We tailor the balance of online and in-person coaching around your goals, schedule and preferred level of support.

Private In-Person Coaching

Focused support and immediate feedback.

For those who prefer direct, face-to-face support, our in-person coaching provides practical instruction, real-time technical feedback and a high level of accountability.

This option is particularly suitable for clients who:

3. Receive Your TSC Onboarding Link -We’ll send you an invitation to TSC, including access to your full onboarding questionnaire.

4. Complete Your Questionnaire -Tell us about your goals, training history, injuries, schedule, available equipment and current barriers.

5. Complete Your Initial Scoping Call -We’ll discuss your questionnaire, clarify your priorities and agree on the right starting point.

6. Receive Your Personalised Program -Your program will be delivered through TSC, supported by ongoing coaching, feedback and progression where included in your chosen option.

What happens after I pay?

You’ll receive confirmation of your payment, followed by an invitation to Everfit.

Through Everfit, you’ll complete your detailed onboarding questionnaire and receive instructions for arranging your initial scoping call.

Your personalised program will be prepared after your questionnaire and scoping call have been completed.

When does my coaching begin?

Your coaching period begins from the agreed program commencement date following completion of your onboarding questionnaire and initial scoping call.

Do I need previous gym experience?

No. Your program will be designed around your current experience, ability and confidence.

Do I need access to a commercial gym?

Not necessarily. Your program can be designed around a commercial gym, home gym or the equipment available to you.

Can the program work around injuries or limitations?

Yes. Your onboarding questionnaire and scoping call will identify relevant injuries or limitations.

In some circumstances, you may be asked to obtain medical or allied-health clearance before commencing training.

How does monthly billing work?

Monthly Strength Coaching is billed automatically through Stripe at $290 per month and continues until cancelled.

How do I cancel monthly coaching?

Cancel before your next billing date to avoid the next monthly charge. Your coaching access continues until the end of the period already paid for.

Does the three-month option renew automatically?

No. It is a single payment covering 12 weeks of coaching and does not renew automatically.

Can my coaching work around business travel?

Yes. Online and hybrid coaching can be adjusted around travel, available equipment and changing schedules.

What is the difference between ongoing coaching and the one-off assessment?

Ongoing coaching includes weekly reviews, technical feedback, accountability and program adjustments.

The one-off assessment provides a personalised program and initial guidance but does not include continuing weekly support or ongoing changes.
